Through our services, a portion of every placement funds initiatives of the Elevate Women in Tech community like our mentorship program. This allows us to create a sustainable ecosystem that uplifts and empowers the next generation of female tech leaders.

My driving force in starting Halzak was a deep, unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change in the tech industry. With 2 decades of industry experience, I've witnessed first hand the persistent lack of diversity and the barriers preventing women from advancing. This inspired me to start a recruitment service with a higher purpose - supporting the representation of women in tech and other marginalised groups.

At the heart of Halzak is the Elevate women in tech community, which I've built to amplify the voices and experiences of women working in the tech sector. By providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and open dialogue, we aim to increase recruitment, retention, and ultimately, representation of women in tech roles.

My goal is to build a transparent, values-driven recruitment company that adds real value. We have no hidden agendas, only a steadfast dedication to elevating underrepresented talent. By partnering with like-minded organisations, I aim to drive lasting, systemic change.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mother, avid traveller and lover of netball. These personal passions fuel my commitment to building a better future for the next generation of women in tech.

With over 20 years of leadership experience within a customer service environment and then transitioned into recruitment this has enabled me to understand how important it is to hire the right people to create the best teams. I want to make the recruitment process innovative and stress free for all whilst building relationships that are aligned to our values to enable companies to achieve their goals and objectives.

My personal life revolves around my family. Travelling the world has been a large part of my education and i am trying to pass this love to my children. I am huge sports fan and will follow almost any sport that has high levels of competition. F1 is most probably my favourite. I attended the Singapore Grand Prix which was a life goals ticked off.
