The show is hosted by Halzak's Founder and CEO Kellie Kwarteng, an award-winning DEI tech recruiter with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry and executive FTSE and scale-up expertise.
With her unwavering passion and dedication to empowering women in tech, Kellie interviews remarkable women who share their journeys into technology, the challenges they encountered, and the wisdom they've gained along the way. The podcast also focuses on educating and supporting allies, recognizing that creating meaningful change requires everyone's involvement in building a more inclusive tech industry.

Kellie's mission is deeply personal. Having experienced being 'the only woman in the room' during her corporate career, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by underrepresented talent. Though she was fortunate to have mentors and sponsors who championed her growth, she recognized that not everyone has that advantage.

This led her to found Halzak, which naturally evolved into the broader Elevate Women in Tech community—comprising this podcast series, an online LinkedIn community, job board, and the award-winning ElevateHER leadership mentor program. As a proud wife and mother of two, Kellie is committed to creating meaningful change in the tech industry by elevating women and girls 'from the classroom to the boardroom.'
