Business Analyst opportunity to join a well-established and award-winning software development business located in central Birmingham. The role

Is a client-facing position where you will be working with clients to understand and define their requirements, document them, and create detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria for the project that will then be used by the client and internal development teams to deliver a solution.

Your Background

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a focused Business Analyst or have a PHD academic background and looking to move into a BA opportunity or career switch into tech from another industry
• Familiar with agile development and Development life cycle would be highly desirable
• Strong ability to write clear, detailed documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients confidently
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers
• Ability to see the bigger picture and find synergies between projects
• Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of 1 day per week on-site in Birmingham and as needed for other client meetings.
