$140,000 – 180,000k + Bonus

Series A HealthTech company is expanding its sales team into the North American markets. This position will be the 1st hire in the US. As the VP of Sales, your focus will be on selling and growing new large / enterprise accounts and someone with experience in growing sales departments.

I am looking for a top performer with expert experience selling Human Resources, employee benefits/rewards market, and a clear understanding of corporate culture in the healthcare space. This is a hunter position so would suit someone who is hungry to seek new opportunities and develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Built and developed sales teams, including SDRs and Account Executives
  • Proven success in achieving annual sales revenue targets.
  • Able to use CRM systems to capture sales activities and manage pipelines.
  • Ability to identify, map out and win business.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, B2B, and SaaS software sales
  • 5+ years overseeing managers in a sales organization
  • Experience with start-up environments that have seen scale
  • A Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales quotas, with a demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing large sales (over $100,000+).
  • Someone who can manage 20+ accounts
