The 2024 Elevate – Women in Tech Leadership Mentor Programme – ElevateHER is an award-winning leadership mentor program as recgonised by SheCanCode PowerUp Awards. The initiative is designed to support 100 talented women poised to take their careers to the next level within tech.

Why We Created This Transformative Women in Tech Program

• The “broken rung” remains the greatest obstacle hindering women from advancing into tech leadership roles.
• Alarmingly, 50% of women leave the tech industry before the age of 35, citing non-inclusive cultures and lack of career development as key reasons.
• We believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to women’s success, which is why this program is FREE and accessible to all.

Our mission is to “Elevate women and girls in tech from the classroom to the boardroom,” with a laser-sharp focus on increasing the representation of women in tech leadership roles. Through our sustainable program, we empower women to thrive in tech by leveling up and then “paying it forward” by supporting the next generation of women in the industry.

Who Should Apply?

To be eligible for the program you must:

• Identify as a woman or trans woman currently working in tech.
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the tech industry.
• Currently hold a leadership position and seek support to further advance, or be poised to step into your first tech leadership role in the next 12 months.

Program Highlights:

• 6 x 1 hour one-on-one mentor sessions to guide your growth
• 5 x Personal Development Workshop Sessions to hone your leadership skills
• Connection with experienced industry mentors
• Access to an empowering community of like-minded women in tech
• Track record of promotions and increased leadership confidence for participants

ElevateHER has already made a significant impact in the tech industry:

• 80 women connected with industry expert mentors
• Delivered over 480 hours of one-on-one mentoring completed
• 10 personal development workshops delivered focused on our core pillars
• More than 600 hours of personal development learning

Our mentees have reported remarkable outcomes, including promotions, multiple award wins and nominations, pay raises, and overall increased confidence in their positions.
