VP of Marketing needed for a B2B SaaS Lead Generation platform. Candidates for this role must be based in the US and ideally east coast or happy to work EST timezone.

As VP of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building a marketing team that can execute at strategic and tactical levels. Your main objectives will revolve around positioning, messaging, branding, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience as a CMO / VP of Marketing in a SaaS B2B Start-up
  • Proven experience in executing strategy across all disciplines of Marketing (price, product, branding, lead generation, social, website….
  • Collaborative leader who can lead their own team whilst collaborating with Sales
  • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
  • Experience building marketing teams, you will need to attract, retain, manage and develop a high caliber Marketing team – Current team of 4 – looking to double this by end of the year

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders, including sales and product management teams to design, develop, and implement effective targeted marketing programs
  • Utilize a metrics-driven approach to achieve growth KPIs and have a critical understanding of customer behavior to attract new customers and improve customer retention
  • Oversee go-to-market strategy
  • Set the department’s vision and goals – manage a multi-million $ budget
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
