We are working with a UK-based fintech company that due to continued growth is expanding its SDR team based in London offering a hybrid working setup.

As a member of the SDR team your role will be to generate qualified leads by prospecting for business opportunities with new and existing clients.  This will be achieved by engaging key decision-makers at Director level through to C-Suite via outbound phone calls, email, video, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Previous BDR/SDR experience working in a B2B position
  • Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in generating new business/cold calling
  • Strong communication skills – spoken and written
  • Able to meet and exceed KPI targets
