Senior Partnerships Manager - MACH Alliance

Our client, an innovative and thriving company in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead their efforts in the North American region. As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing partnerships with solution providers, including web and app development agencies, IT consultancies and system integrators (SI). Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full partnership development cycle, from establishing initial contact to building strong relationships, onboarding, product advocacy, and driving business growth in North America.
  • Proactively target and qualify inbound partner opportunities, strategically identifying key partners to expand the organization's network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner base in North America, driving plans and consistently expanding business opportunities with them.
  • Provide valuable market insights from the region to contribute to the growth strategy and identify potential cooperation partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand, implement, and recommend the organization's products and solutions, fostering mutual business goals, technical competency, product advocacy, and growth.
  • Work closely with the Partnership team to enhance the value proposition, external messaging, and processes for long-term success in the North American region.

What we expect from you

  • 5 - 7 years of proven B2B SaaS partnerships experience - preferably within a MACH Alliance organization.
  • Strong network of Solution Partners in the MACH ecosystem in the North American region is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take on responsibilities with confidence.
  • A successful blend of technical and sales/customer acumen.
  • You have a structured approach, an analytical and pragmatic way of thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering mutually beneficial business outcomes and experience in account mapping and planning.

Note: This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. Candidates must hold the relevant work visas.
